1. Digital Products and App Features
Digital products may include:
- PDF QR delivery
- Digital QR pages
- Premium app features
- Alert preferences
- QR customization
- Notification history
- Digital account features
Digital products and activated app features may be non-refundable once delivered, activated, downloaded, used, or made available, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Users must cancel subscriptions through the platform where the purchase was made.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refund eligibility depends on:
- Applicable law
- App store rules
- Purchase platform rules
- Subscription usage
- Delivery of physical benefits
- Fraud or abuse checks
3. Physical Products
Physical products may include:
- QR stickers
- QR cards
- Premium QR kits
- Car scents
- Replacement QR items

Physical items may not be returnable if:

- Shipped as part of a subscription benefit
- Not returned in original condition
This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.
3a. QR Sticker Gift Programme
Personalised QR stickers may be sent as gifts to Premium and Ultimate plan subscribers from time to time. Important information regarding this gift programme:
- QR sticker shipments are not a mandatory, recurring, or monthly component of any subscription plan.
- Sticker dispatch is at CarQR's sole discretion; no specific date, frequency, or regular schedule is guaranteed.
- Timing, quantity, and scope of shipments may change without prior notice.
- Users are responsible for entering accurate and complete delivery profile information (name, address, phone) in the app. CarQR cannot be held liable for delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.
- The sticker design is based on the QR design preferences saved by the user in the app at the time of production.
- This programme may be discontinued or modified at any time without prior notice.
- No claims, complaints, or refund rights arise from sticker dispatch; this section exists solely for informational purposes.
4. Car Scent Products
Car scent products may be treated as hygiene-sensitive or consumable products. Opened, used, damaged, or partially consumed scent products are generally non-refundable unless defective or required by law.
Scent intensity, fragrance preference, duration, and subjective satisfaction are not guaranteed.
5. Personalized QR Products
Customized QR stickers, cards, or printed materials may be non-refundable after production begins, unless defective, damaged in transit, or required by law.
Users are responsible for checking vehicle names, QR details, address information, and customization choices before ordering.
6. Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Third-party delivery issues
- Customs
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Local restrictions
- Weather
- Force majeure
- User failure to collect package
Users may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, local fees, or delivery charges depending on country.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If an item is lost or damaged, users must contact us within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date or delivery confirmation.
